Pattern lock, pin code lock, finger print lock, face lock etc are the lock that protect your data and gadget from others. But some time you might forget the pattern or code that you  entered for your security, In this case you have to face various difficulty, you also cant access your gadget easily.

 

if you are facing such problems,then switch off your mobile phone and put out the battery and insert it again, then try then following combination: 

press the given key together

1.   press the power button + volume up+ home key (if any)

2.   power button+ volume down+ home key (if any)            

3.   power +volume up+ volume down                                   

           4.   power+ volume up                                                                        

  5.   power+ volume down                                                        

          

then you will directed to the recovery mode

                     

then using volume up, volume down and power key, go to wipe data / factory reset and select it using power key. then there will be shown many option. you should click to the yes option.

then clicking yes option 

and reboot your device. wait few minute complete initial setup. Now your mobile is ready to use.
