If you are facing bootloop or restarting problem first of all you have to find out the actual model number of your smartphone and  version too. After confirming your phone model you have to download the exact matching firmware of your mobile and odin tool. Then you have to start odin tool and put your mobile on download mode. To enter into download mode you have to press power button volume down button and home button together. Now connect your device with USB cable to the computer in download mode. Open odin tool and click on pit button choose pit file from your downloaded firmware, then click bootloader, PDA, CS, CSC file from download firmware. And don't click total flash option or t-flash option. Now click on start button. Flashing is  starting. Do not unplug the Android device until flashing done. After finish restart your mobile. And complete initial setup your Android device is completely working now.
